Horrible customer service!!!!!! I spent $160 on an arrangement, (for that price the arrangement should drop your jaw) flowers were delivered dry were not fresh. The lillies never bloomed and died, the arrangement was done horrible. I notified Tera the owner that I was not happy on the day they were delivered (she did not even acknowledge the fact), I called a week later seeking some type of customer service. Tera the owner was very rude raising her voice at me and was arguing back and forth with me about the situation, she even went as far as mocking me saying "Mr Christian man" owners that argue with their customers like this should be put out of business!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I ordered flowers online for my wife. I asked for sunflowers, daisies and minimal greenery. She got a bouquet (over $100 including $16 in fees) of roses (my wife hates roses), a couple of daisies and a ton of greenery. They had all of my contact information (email, cell phone) and could have contacted me to let me know that they did not have any sunflowers and given me the opportunity to provide further input. I send flowers to my wife pretty regularly, however, this is the first and last time I use Rio West Floral.

I ordered flowers for my mother on mother's day and they arrived to her dead. When I called the manager told me I'd recieve a new arrangement which never arrived, instead they refunded my money. To say the least I will never order from their company again and I have notified everyone I know. They've lost a lot of business and their reputation with myself and my family. Don't waste your time unless you want your flowers to arrive dead.

The ladies at Rio West Floral were so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The flowers exceeded my expectations and withstood the journey up to the ceremony site in Santa Fe during the heat of summer. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Don't recommend them for silk flower arrangements. We placed an order a month before the date needed and instead of ordering the flowers necessary to make the arrangement we requested, they decided to wait until the last minute and make do with the flowers in stock at Hobby Lobby and Michael's. They did make a half hearted attempt to fix the mess, but still unprofessional on their part.. especially for the price!
